At the front of Villa Karli, there is a good sized, flat lawn area. Hedges at the front of the property ensure the garden's privacy.
In one corner of the lawn, there is a children's activity set, with a swing, baby swing, rope ladder and double swing. Other children's equipment can be put on the lawn if required (see photo on right).
The lawn is perfect for kicking a ball around on or simply for putting the sunloungers to good use - relaxing with a good book and a glass of chilled wine.
To one side of the house, beside the conservatory, there are vines and during August, they strain under the weight of the plump, delicious grapes.
Further on behind the vines is an apricot tree which is laden with enormous, juicy tennis ball sized apricots each June. Beyond the apricot tree and beside the shed, is the villa's boules area. We provide adult and children's boules sets for you to enjoy.
On the other side of the villa, there is plenty of off street parking, sufficient for 2 to 3 cars.If additional parking space is required, there is another parking space beside the villa's hedging.
You will also find giant garden jenga - a great game for all the family to enjoy out on the terrace.
Tennis racquets and table tennis bats are provided for our guests to use if they fancy a knock-about on the village tennis court or table tennis tables (located just a few metres from the villa, further down our road). Please remember to pack a few of your own tennis/table tennis balls.
