Living Space
The fully tiled, extensive living area is situated towards the front of the villa.
The fantastic, open plan space, with its large living and dining areas lead to the fully fitted kitchen/breakfast area, the homely conservatory and the raised sun terrace. The villa has a wifi broadband connection for our guests.
The rich, earthy colours of the local landscape provide the basis for the simple, understated tones of the open plan areas. Plump, cosy sofas surround the charming woodburner in the living space whilst the dining area is perfect for those sumptuous meals at home. Beside the woodburner, you'll find a large TV (for showing DVDs) with DVD player should you require this. There is also a landline telephone in the villa for incoming and emergency calls.
The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen/breakfast area has a full sized dishwasher, fan oven, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge, large separate freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetière, digital measuring scales and everything else you could need. The kitchen area is bright and spacious, with a table and chairs. There is a large ceiling fan to keep you cool.
Patio doors in the kitchen open onto the sunny front terrace and a doorway with 3 small steps leads to the utility room and the ensuite double bedroom.
The bright and ample conservatory provides another choice of where to relax. It is a delightful place to take morning coffee or to retreat to after dark, where a selection of board games, playing cards, books and toys can be found.
